About Body & Soul Magazine
Body & Soul Magazine is for people who keep noticing the same numbers on the clock, who pull a tarot card on a Sunday night, who sit for ten quiet minutes before work, and who want to know what the wellness world is doing next.
Curiosity about the spiritual side of life is everywhere, and much of what answers it online is trying to sell a reading, a crystal or a course. We take a calmer line. Our pages on angel numbers, tarot, chakras, Reiki and meditation say what each tradition holds and where its ideas come from, so a reader can make up their own mind. Alongside them we follow the spas, retreats, studios and apps that people use to rest, move and reflect, and we report what they open, launch and change in plain words.
Nothing here is a promise about health, money or the future: these are traditions to reflect on, and a doctor or adviser is the right person for anything more.
Accuracy
Names, dates and figures are checked before a story runs.
Independence
Our editors decide what we cover.
Who it is for
Readers who are new to all of this and want a clear first page, and readers who have practiced for years and want a good reference to hand. Yoga and meditation teachers, Reiki practitioners, spa and retreat owners and the people who build wellbeing apps read us too, and many of them write to us.

Contributions
Studios, retreats, app makers and teachers who would like to share their work will find what we take on the contribute page.
