OptimalFit, a new AI-powered fitness platform from Joel Freeman and Megan Freeman, launched October 18, 2026. The platform combines nutrition planning, workout programming, progress tracking, and adaptive AI guidance in one connected experience. It is available in the United States and Canada on iOS and Google mobile devices. Charter Member pricing is $19.95 monthly or $199 annually.

Nutrition And Training Tools

Users can set nutrition targets, track food intake, create recipes, plan meals, and receive guidance tailored to their goals, dietary preferences, and nutritional needs. The platform’s workout programming can adjust to equipment availability, schedules, fitness levels, and changing circumstances.

Joel Freeman, Co-Founder and CEO at OptimalFit, said:

“We didn't want another app that simply delivers workouts or tracks calories. We wanted nutrition, training, and progress to work together, with the flexibility to adapt to each person. Building from scratch allowed us to create that experience.”

Olli Provides AI Guidance

OptimalFit includes Olli, an AI fitness assistant developed and refined over more than a year. Olli is designed to help customize workouts, develop recipes, guide nutritional decisions, and adjust plans as needs change.

Megan Freeman, Co-Founder at OptimalFit, said:

“Fitness and nutrition aren't one-size-fits-all. We wanted to make personalized guidance more accessible and help people adapt without constantly starting over.”

A Connected Fitness Platform

Joel Freeman, creator of BODi programs including LIIFT4, LIIFT MORE, and 10 ROUNDS, launched OptimalFit with Megan Freeman, a PNBA Natural Olympia World Champion and NPC Competitor. The platform is designed to keep nutrition, training, and progress connected as users’ goals, preferences, schedules, and progress change.
