Perspire Launches October Fall Ritual Challenge
Perspire Fall Ritual Challenge invites guests and members to complete eight sauna sessions in October 2026 for a prize draw.

Perspire Sauna Studio has launched its Fall Ritual Challenge, a free October campaign for guests and members. Participants can complete eight sessions between October 1 and October 31, 2026, for a chance to win a Sauna Essentials Kit. The infrared and red-light therapy sauna franchise is also introducing a downloadable social tracker for the campaign. The challenge follows two earlier 2026 seasonal challenges with more than 7,000 participants combined.
Eight Sessions In October
The challenge is open to all Perspire guests and members. Registration is available through the Perspire 2.0 App, in studio with the help of a team member, or through the Fall Ritual Challenge landing page. Members who complete eight sessions and share their journey after completion can submit their story through the Fall Ritual Challenge Submission form.

Progress Tracker Added
Participants can download a social tracker to record sessions and share progress on social media. The company encourages participants to tag @perspiresaunastudio and use #fallritualchallenge. Winners will be randomly chosen and contacted by a Perspire Sauna Studio representative in November.
Seasonal Challenge Results
Perspire’s Spring Reset Challenge had a 35% completion rate, while its Summer Ritual Challenge had a 38% finisher rate, the company’s highest of the year so far.

A Fall Routine
Perspire has awarded more than 200 franchise licenses and surpassed 100 open studios nationwide in 2026. The Fall Ritual Challenge runs through October 31, with terms and conditions applying.
