VASA Fitness Adds Studio Pilates in Colorado

VASA Fitness will launch its Studio Pilates program at its Willow Creek club in Colorado on September 19. The reformer Pilates classes will be the fitness operator’s fourth coach-led studio offering, alongside HIIT, strength training and infrared yoga. Each class will accommodate up to 14 members and be led by a dedicated instructor. Studio Pilates will also be included at the company’s new Centennial Arapahoe club in Colorado, scheduled to open in late October, with additional clubs planned for 2027.

Reformer Classes Debut

Studio Pilates uses controlled movements and adjustable resistance on reformers. VASA says its programming is designed around core and total-body strength, coordination, posture, mobility, stability, control and body awareness.

The Willow Creek location is the first VASA club to offer reformer Pilates. The classes are intended to provide hands-on instructor guidance in a small-group setting.

Four Studio Options

VASA’s studio lineup includes Studio Red HIIT, Studio LFT strength training, Studio Flow infrared yoga and Studio Pilates. The company says Studio Pilates is part of its Studio membership, which starts at $44.99 a month.

Colorado Expansion Plans

Following the Willow Creek launch, Studio Pilates will be included at VASA’s new Centennial Arapahoe club in Colorado, scheduled to open in late October. The company plans to introduce the format at additional clubs in 2027.
