REFORMD plans to open its first U.S. location at The Commons at Calabasas in California in January 2027. The studio is set to have 37 Lagree EVO PRO machines, including 35 in its main studio and two in a private training and education space. The site is planned to include six wellness and recovery treatment rooms. The project brings together REFORMD founder David Ingram and Heather Perren, a Lagree Senior Master Trainer and Director of Events at Lagree HQ.
A Calabasas Location
The new studio will be principally owned and operated by Perren. It will offer Lagree classes alongside massage therapy, Zerobody dry float experiences, electric cryotherapy, The Ammortal Chamber, compression therapy using Metrum Boa Max suits, and a recovery lounge with Therabody tools, a lymphatic massage roller, yoga mats, and foam rollers.
Heather Perren, Co-Founder at REFORMD Calabasas, said:
“We’re creating something that goes far beyond a traditional fitness studio. Our vision is to bring together world-class Lagree training, innovative wellness and recovery, and an elevated experience that makes people genuinely excited to walk through our doors. We want our guests to challenge themselves, recover with intention, and feel connected to a community that supports their long-term well-being. Having grown up in this community, bringing a concept of this scale to Calabasas is especially meaningful to me. I’m incredibly proud to create something truly special in a place I call home.”
Toronto Expansion
The Calabasas site follows REFORMD’s Toronto flagship, launched in June 2025 by Sweat and Tonic. That location has 31 MegaPro Megaformers and has recorded more than 126,000 guest bookings, while Sweat and Tonic has logged more than 3.4 million bookings across its fitness and wellness experiences since opening in 2019.
David Ingram, Founder at Sweat and Tonic and REFORMD, said:
“Our mission at Sweat and Tonic has always been to elevate the fitness and wellness experience. We pushed the boundaries of what a Lagree studio could be with our flagship location in Toronto, creating one of the largest and busiest studios in the world. Expanding into California with Heather represents an exciting next chapter for the brand. We’re building on the success of Toronto while introducing an even more comprehensive fitness and wellness experience to a new community.”
An Expanded Studio Format
The main studio is planned with an instructor stage, AV equipment, custom-programmed spotlighting, and chromotherapy-inspired lighting. The recovery services will be available whether or not guests take Lagree classes.
Sebastien Lagree, Founder and Creator of the Lagree Method, said:
“REFORMD represents exactly where I see the future of Lagree heading. I’ve always envisioned Lagree studios evolving into larger, more immersive destinations that combine world-class training, innovation, wellness, and community. REFORMD brought that vision to life in Toronto, and now Heather and the team are taking it even further in Calabasas. With 37 of our newest EVO PRO machines and a fully integrated wellness experience, this studio represents an exciting evolution of the Lagree Method. I’m thrilled to see this vision become a reality.”
