Amrit Ocean Resort Launches Three Phase Retreat

Amrit Ocean Resort has launched the Amrit Signature Wellness Retreat, a personalized three-phase program on Singer Island in Palm Beach. The program starts at $1,400 per night for two and requires a minimum three-night stay. It is built around mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, relaxation, and sleep, with pre-arrival and post-departure support. The launch comes ahead of National Wellness Month in August.

Personalized Retreat Support

The retreat uses Amrit’s Personalized Wellness Support System, which includes a pre-arrival assessment, coach consultation, virtual coaching after departure, and a personal wellness dashboard. Each guest is assigned a Wellness Ambassador to coordinate logistics, daily scheduling, spa, fitness, and dining arrangements.

Daily Therapies And Movement

Each day includes two personalized therapies, one from practices such as Ayurvedic Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Reiki, and one from technologies including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, Red Light Therapy, PEMF, and the Ammortal Recharge Chamber. The Wellness Ambassador recommends the pairing based on each guest’s assessment and daily needs.

Fitness programming covers six categories, including functional training, Pilates, Tai Chi, sound bath meditation, and beach-based movement. The retreat also includes oceanfront brunch at TULA, the afternoon Library Ritual, and the nightly TAAZA Gathering on the beachfront terrace.

Hydrothermal Circuit Access

Guests receive daily access to the Aayush Hydrothermal Circuit, a self-guided thermal circuit covering 40,000 square feet. The circuit includes hot and cold contrast pools, a salt inhalation chamber, hydro-reflexology aquatic path, effusion showers, sauna rooms, and steam rooms.
