Marriott Opens 10,000th Property in India
JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa is Marriott International’s 10,000th property, opening near Ranthambore National Park.

Marriott International has opened its 10,000th property globally, the JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa in India. The 127-accommodation resort includes private villas, guestrooms and suites. It is located a short drive from Ranthambore National Park. The opening comes as Marriott approaches its 100th anniversary.

The resort opening was attended by associates and company leaders, including David Marriott, Chairman of the Board, and Rajeev Menon, President, Asia Pacific excluding China. Resort owner Nilesh Gadhiya and the Gadhiya family also attended.

Resort Near Ranthambore National Park
JW Marriott Ranthambore Resort & Spa offers dining options including modern Indian cuisine, regional specialties and locally inspired botanical cocktails. Marriott describes the property as an immersive luxury retreat where guests can reconnect with nature.
A Growing Luxury Portfolio
The JW Marriott brand now has more than 130 properties globally. Marriott’s luxury portfolio spans seven brands, nearly 700 properties and 74 countries and territories.
