Wellness Workdays has announced its 2027 Best Wellness Employer certification survey for organizations assessing workplace wellness initiatives. Developed with experts from Harvard Medical School and other industry leaders, the program offers no-cost benchmarking from October 1 through November 20, 2026. Organizations are assessed independently and may receive Gold, Silver, Bronze, or Honorable Mention certification. Certified employers can also choose to be recognized at the company’s Emerging Trends in Workplace Wellness Conference on April 8, 2027.

Updated Employer Benchmarking

The refreshed survey is designed to make participation more streamlined while reflecting workplace approaches to employee health and well-being. Employers can use the certification process to benchmark their wellness practices against established criteria.

Debra Wein, Founder and CEO at Wellness Workdays, said:

“The workplace has changed significantly, and organizations are finding new and innovative ways to support the health and well-being of their employees. We updated the Best Wellness Employer survey to make the process more accessible and efficient while ensuring that it continues to capture the strategies, initiatives, and outcomes that matter most in today’s workplace. The survey provides employers with valuable benchmarking insights while contributing to a broader understanding of what drives successful workplace wellness programs.”
